Don’t Quit! Declutter.

Matthew 6:31-32 NLT

“So don’t worry about these things saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?’  These things dominate the thoughts of the unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs.”

Every so often, I would tune into a television show on TLC, Hoarders and my heart goes out to the people/families living with hoarding disorder.  This disorder gradually develops over time and  tends to be a personal behavior.  Over the years and through life situations, it is possible to emotionally attach to self-doubt, procrastination, and negative connections. Before you know it, these emotions quickly build mounds of mental and physical distractions that place you at risk and the inability to sow seeds that will produce a quality life of peace.  Everyone has “stuff” they could clean out of their spiritual life.  Spiritual treatment requires motivation and conscientiousness of thoughts that waste time and energy.  To align with the promises of God, decluttering and organization is necessary to rest in his presence and keep a healthy spiritual life.  We are in the open-door season!  Unpack your clutter and organize the good stuff; those old keys will not open new doors.

·     You are in control of your spirit
·     Your emotions are not stronger than your will
·     Get Up, Be FREE, Live your BEST life!
